I was born in İzmir, 1987. With the support I had from my parents (especially my mom’s, who was graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Art Department when I was about five – six years old), I’ve tried my best to progress my interest in art since I was a child, as I enrolled to Umran Baradan Anatolian High School – Art Department. Afterwards, I received my BA on Anadolu University, Faculty of Fine Arts, “Cartoon & Animation” Department and continued to study for my postgraduate course in U.K., Teesside University, “Concept Art for Games and Animation, MA”. As soon as I was sure enough to lead my career path in a more academic level, I’ve applied to Yaşar University, Postgraduate Studies Institute, “Art and Design Major of Art” Proficiency in Art Program and received a full tuition scholarship. After a few months later, I began working as a research assistant in the same university’s Faculty of Art and Design, “Cartoon & Animation” Department. Since 2018, I am working in Kütahya Dumlupınar University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Cartoon & Animation Department as I instruct figure drawing, concept art and illustration related courses. In my works,I combine traditional techniques with digital media. Besides the mentioned fields of art and design, I have a great interest on classical music, especially on opera, which I try to develop my skills on an amateur level.
